Beau Bennett is an independent internet consultant in the Pacific Northwest. Beau specializes in strategic consulting for web based companies and companies entering the internet space. He has extensive experience with e-commerce, web analytics, and online marketing strategy and analysis. Beau uses fundamental business analysis to make actionable recommendations to website operators, in easy to understand language, that increase traffic and overall profitability.
Beau earned his MBA from The Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. Prior to going back to school he worked as an independent web consultant and developer in Santa Fe New Mexico. Before going out on his own Beau started his career as a lead web developer for JackRabbit Systems, a Santa Fe based software company.
For the past year Beau has been working as the manager of online marketing for Advanced Student Marketing, an Austin Texas based vertical advertising network. There Beau used his experience as a consultant and his education to lead the development of the company from the ground up and grow the company to profitable stand alone business in just nine months.
